PAYMENT OPTIONS

Accepted in person forms of payment are Venmo, Paypal, Cash or Check.  Thank you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

If it's necessary for you to cancel or change your scheduled appointment it is required that you Call or Text Heart Stone Energy at least 24-hours in advance at 207-451-8343. In that way, I may be able to assign that time to another client in need of an appointment.

 

If the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you may reschedule the appointment with no fee incurred.

 

If you chose not to reschedule a complete refund will be given. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, it will be considered a No Show.

 

If I am unable to fill the time slot you will be refunded only half of the session cost.

 

*** Please note 3 late notice canceled appointments may result in being removed from my client list. If I need to reschedule an appointment I try and do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and will call and email to inform you.

 

If an emergency situation arises and I am unable to give you 24 hours notice, your next session will be at 50% of the cost. For a non-emergency last minute cancellation on my part, your next session will be Free.

 

Emergency and sudden illness cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis.
